Join our team and take on the role of Supervisor, where you’ll set an example and shape the direction of our diverse team of Play Agents in LEGO® House. As the smiling face that welcomes our guests, you’ll also be the guiding hand that teaches your colleagues how to create exceptional guest experiences.

We have two open positions as Supervisor:

  • One position is a one-year maternity cover for the Front-desk and welcoming area.
  • One position is permanent for the Experience Zones

Both positions entail the content below. The only difference is the location of the Guest Experience area in LEGO House you will be working in.

Welcome to the Guest Experience Team

By joining LEGO House, you’ll become an integral part of our Guest Experience team, comprised of approx. 180 fabulous and playful Play Agents and Play Starters. We are the hosts and facilitators of play and fun in the LEGO House experience zones. We always greet our guests with enthusiasm and motivation, ensuring they have a memorable experience. Our team is enthusiastic and diverse, with members working both full-time and part-time. As Supervisor, you’ll also collaborate with the permanent staff colleagues, collectively responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks.

Be a role model

At the LEGO House, every day brings new experiences. Our core task is to be the nicest host to our guest and make sure they have a world class visit here. In this role, you’ll actively participate in daily activities and energize your colleagues to ensure that our guests have the best possible time.

As Supervisor, you’ll also take on the added responsibility of being a role model for your team. Through on the floor coaching and training, you’ll guide them on how to engage with guests and translate the power of learning through play into practice. The supervisor is the extended hand of the Team Lead and must support in the daily team management and be responsible for the implementation and continuous updating of work procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily operations of Guest Experience in LEGO House
  • Supporting Team Leads in implementing new initiatives and processes
  • Training colleagues to enhance the guest experiences
  • Be an expert facilitator in LEGO Houses Service and Hospitality principles
  • Be instrumental in the constant development of our Guest Experiences

Service-oriented with a hands-on approach to hospitality

What is most important to us is your enthusiasm for working with guests and providing exceptional hospitality.

We value colleagues who are proactive in their service approach and can meet guests in a positive and engaging manner. Your attitude for coaching, setting clear directions, taking initiative, and inspiring others will be crucial to your performance.

Additionally, fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English is essential.

The supervisor’s role is an operational role, where you spend your working hours with our guests who come from all over the world. You can expect to work every 3. weekend, and evening shifts can occur.
