A key responsibility will be to develop a catalogue of offers and optimize connections within the LEGO Ecosystem to identify specific wants and wishes from all Ecosystem entities. This enabling creation of more targeted and seamless experiences.

You will be part of the Tours & Events Team, reporting into the Senior Operations Manager.

Your overall responsibilities are:
• One point of entry for everyone in LEGO House on LEGO Ecosystem offerings

• Create more visibility and awareness of the LEGO House within the LEGO Ecosystem

• Identification of key stakeholders and understanding various needs and wishes for utilization of LEGO House within the LEGO Ecosystem

• Mapping of key relationships, knowledge, and opportunities

• Deliver information and insights to enable delivery on identified opportunities

• Co-creation of new products and services

To do this it is essential to understand the needs of the Ecosystem and as Relations Manager you will provide the partnership and insights needed. Synergizing current offerings, stakeholder requirements and strategic ambitions will be predominant in every aspect of the job.

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a candidate with

• LEGO DNA and minimum 2 years working experience for the LEGO Group

• At least 5 years of experience working in a large global organization

• A cross-collaborative mindset who strives for synergies, co-creation, and coherence

• A win–win attitude and innovative mindset

• A strong belief and experience that networking and creation of professional relationships is a driving force for success

• Strong communication skills (messages, concepts, and projects)
